Upstate New York (Albany, Buffalo & beyond): we deliver sofas and ready-made furniture to these areas — delivery is arranged and quoted for your location. Custom closets and wardrobes require on-site installation, which we currently provide within our core service area; for upstate installation, please contact us first to confirm availability and timing.
White-glove means we bring your furniture inside, place it in the room of your choice, and remove all packaging.
For all other items, and for destinations outside our service area, shipping is calculated at checkout. Made-to-order pieces ship on the timeline shown on the product page.
On delivery: please inspect your item and note any damage on the delivery receipt. Report any concern within 48 hours with photos and we will make it right.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, by prior authorization (RMA) only — please contact us first.
To qualify, the item must be unused, unassembled, and returned in 100% original factory packaging. Items returned without complete original packaging cannot be accepted.
The customer is responsible for return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Original delivery charges and any service fees are non-refundable.
Custom, made-to-order, special-order, clearance and final-sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
If an item does not fit through a doorway, elevator or stairwell, this is treated as a standard return (customer pays freight and restocking).
Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected in like-new condition.
Damaged or defective on arrival
Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
1-Year Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty
Every piece is covered for 1 year against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship (frame, mechanism, stitching), for residential use. Not covered: normal wear, accidental or abuse damage, improper assembly, use or maintenance, commercial use, fabric soiling, or buyer’s remorse. "Limited" means the manufacturer makes the final determination on each claim.
